UDT 2017: OSI Maritime Systems Showcasing its ECPINS

OSI Maritime Systems is showcasing its ECPINS ECDIS and TDNS at the Undersea Defence Technology (UDT) 2017 exhibition currently held in Bremen, Germany. Over 20 years of engineering expertise in military electronic navigation has solidified OSI’s position as the world leader in the production of Warship and Submarine Electronic Chart Display Information System (ECDIS) – a proven accomplishment with 20 NATO and Allied Navies operating OSI solutions aboard more than 600 platforms, including nine classes of submarines.

ECPINS is OSI’s premier ECDIS solution for Warships and Submarines, and the benchmark of compliance for naval navigation. Approved by the International Maritime Organization, independently certified against NATO STANAG 4564, ECPINS sets the standard in the market.

For Warships, ECPINS is at the heart of OSI’s Integrated Navigation and Tactical System (INTS), a fully scalable integrated bridge system (IBS) that provides watchstanders flexibility to view a variety of sensors and data through multi-function displays – designed to ensure optimal situational awareness of integrated systems and sensors anywhere on the bridge.

In response to Submarine requirements, OSI’s TDNS is designed specifically for subsurface platforms. Deployed with the navies of the UK, Australia, Canada, the Netherlands, Sweden, Portugal and others, TDNS features a bespoke hardware design and the full operational capability offered by OSI’s ECPINS.
