As part of its commitment to support its customers, DCNS offers its expertise and access to its skills in the design, modernization, maintenance and operation of Naval industrial installations and Naval facilities.

In cooperation with local civil engineering companies and suppliers, DCNS can provide its services for the design of a complete naval base which meets the customers' operational requirements. DCNS’ services include issuance of technical specifications, feasibility studies and assistance to the contracting authority during all phase of the Project.
     
As part of its commitment to support its customers, DCNS offers its expertise and access to its skills in the design, modernization, maintenance and operation of Naval industrial installations and Naval facilities.
     
DCNS can also supply preventive and corrective maintenance solutions for its customers in order to optimize the availability, reliability and safety of Naval assets and Naval installations while minimizing costs.

Such offers are carefully tailored with Navies and local suppliers and include adequate training and technology transfer programs.

DCNS has won the construction contract for the Sepetiba naval base in Brazil which will accommodate future conventional sub-marines. This base and its associated shipyards are currently under construction. The DCNS activities cover the design, definition of functional specifications and requirements, technical assistance for the construction, monitoring of the work and acceptance of the installations and industrial equipment. This program in partnership with Odebrecht, which will last approximately 5 years, will generate in Brazil, a significant number of direct and indirect highly skilled jobs.

DCNS is also involved in the maintenance of the RMN Scorpene® submarines and in the support of RMN Sapangar submarine naval base. This involvement is carried out in partnership with the Malaysian group Boustead through the "Boustead DCNS Naval Corporation" (BDNC) joint venture.

With 11 international ongoing facilities programs involving its expertise, DCNS has gained an unmatched experience in naval infrastructure and associated services with the view to allow its customers to reach self-sufficiency and autonomy.
