The Marinha do Brasil, also known as the Brazilian Navy, is the maritime force of the Brazilian military.

The Brazilian Navy is divided into five commands (plus one independant command for Marine forces):
- The Surface Fleet Command.
- The Submarine Fleet Command.
- The Naval Aviation Command.
- The 1st Fleet Division Command.
- The 2nd Fleet Division Command.
- The Pacific Fleet, based in Papeete.

The Brazilian Navy has approximately 100 commissioned vessels including one aircraft carrier and several coastal submarines. Brazil has launched several procurements for additional modern submarines and an indigenous nuclear powered submarine.The Marinha do Brasil is composed of approximately 57,000 sailors (including Marines and conscripts).
