The crew of the third Project 11356 frigate Admiral Makarov has already been formed and is currently undergoing training. "Two advanced diesel-electric submarines Stary Oskol and Krasnodar are expected to join the Black Sea Fleet. The submarines are equipped with the Kalibr missile system as well," the admiral said.
