Russian Helicopters to showcase current and upcoming projects at IMDS 2013
 
Russian Helicopters, a subsidiary of Oboronprom, part of State Corporation Rostec and a leading global designer and manufacturer of helicopters will showcase naval helicopters currently in service with the Russian Navy and foreign fleets and models adapted for future deployment aboard naval vessels at the Sixth International Maritime Defence Show in Saint Petersburg on 3-7 July.

The 4th edition of DIMDEX, the Doha International Maritime Defence Exhibition, will be held between the 25th and 27th March 2014 under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani, Crown Prince of Qatar, with the official support of the Qatar Armed Forces and hosted by the Qatar Emiri Naval Forces.

BRAHMOS annihilates target off Goa coast from frigate INS Tarkash
 
The BRAHMOS supersonic cruise missile was successfully test fired from the Indian Navy's newest guided missile frigate INS Tarkash off the coast of Goa ?? 22nd of May 2013. The missile performed high-level “C” maneuvere at pre-determined flight path and successfully hit the target. The surface-to-surface missile, having a range of 290-km, was test launched from the Russian-built Project 1135.6 class warship at 1100 hrs on the 22nd of May 2013.
