Scientific and Production Association, part of Russia’s Tekhnodinamika

"A decision was made last year to deliver two
launchers of the Shtil-1 shipborne air defense missile system. The Russian
Navy has received them," Tretyakov said.
"The launchers passed trials. More deliveries are not planned for
this year," he added.
According to the CEO, the launchers are designed for Project 11356 frigates.
As Tretyakov said, the output of military products manufactured by the
Start Scientific and Production Association under state defense and
foreign contracts will hit the record this year.
"In 2016, the output has grown by 28-30%, year-on-year, and equals
5.4 billion rubles [$85 million], compared to 4.2 billion rubles [$66
million] in 2015," the CEO added.
The 3S90E.1 launcher’s underdeck vertical launch tube modules
reduce the ship’s radar signature.
The 3S90E.1 launcher can be mounted on surface ships with a displacement
of more than 1,500 tons.
Depending on its configuration, the system can fire two-twelve targets
simultaneously.
