Japanese Company NEC presents its mobile water purification system at MAST Asia 2017, the Defense Maritime/Air Systems & Technologies in Tokyo, Japan. The NEC mobile Water Purifications System (NWPS) supports security or military forces who need clean and safe water in anytime and anywhere.

The NEC mobile Water Purifications System (NWPS) is available in different day/capacity from 3,000 to 70,000 liters per day mounted on trailer, light 4x4 vehicle or 6x6 military truck.
 

At MAST Asia 2017, scale models of NWPS mounted on light 4x4 light tactical vehicle and 6x6 truck were showed on the booth of NEC.

This is a "Flag ship" model of NEC Company, introduced to JSDF (Japan Self Defense Force). The system can produce potable water from saline and high turbid water source. Middle size truck transportation is available in conjunction with three units and helicopter flight make easy approach to remote area with separated each unit. Air temperature range of operation is -30°C to +60°C.

Purification amount is 3.500l/hr from fresh water and l.500L/hr from seawater at 0°C water temperature.

The NWPS has auto backwash system on Pre-filtration unit. The system purify turbid raw water continuously without complicated filter change, and multi step RO system purify the saline water of any seawater of the world.

The NWPS can be easily transporter by truck on land road or by helicopter in air, according to the combat situation, you can choose the most suitable transportation.

The auto backwash system makes NWPS continuous operation with no requirement or filter change. It is also equipped with auto control system providing easy operation and minimal maintenance.
